VERY IMPORTANT: Please make sure that the words ‘Service Weekend Registration’ are in your message or on your cheque because Basil also receives normal contributions in this way as well.  Also include your Name, Group and District.

Registration will also be available at the sign in table on the Friday evening of each Service Weekend.

Cost

The group rate before May 9th is $129.00 per night plus Tax. Registration for the NL Service Weekend will be $50.00

  

GSRs and/or Alternates should confirm with their respective group approval to attend and determine what costs the group will cover. These costs could include: Gas, Meals,     - Accommodations, Registration

Be sure to retain a copy of your receipts to cover expenses for the above noted items

While the Service Weekend is intended for representatives of the Districts, GSRs of each group and/or the Alternate GSR, the weekend is open to any member with an interest in service.
